After the revolutionary war the United States was declared a nation in 1776. Declaring themselves independent of the british monarchy, or so the site administrator doesn't have all the facts, but plan on doing as much research on the subject, he nevertheless did indeed study american history in high-school, but did not persue the subject in college.
